    hello hope everyone is welljust a quick question, i have been on methotrexate for 2 months increasing from 7.5 to 15 and now to 25mg.weekly now been given plaquenil 400mg daily, has anyone else been on this mixture and has it worked or how long should i wait to see if it works.i'm not expecting it to work over night but soon hopefullyi am still in so much pain everyday and hoping for some relieve soon.
