    Has anyone had retinal damage from Plaquenil? - Lupus - Inspire My last retina scan shows some thinning of the retina so I am being scheduled with a specialist for further testing and I have been told there is a good possibility I will have to stop taking Plaquenil. I know my sight is most important but it makes me nervous that I may have to change medications. Plaquenil has been a miracle drug for me.
