Best time to take Plaquenil? rheumatoid I have found that for me i can't take my Plaquenil before bed as it makes me anxious and makes it difficult to sleep. I work overnights, so I take it before i go to work, then by the time I get home I am able to sleep ok. I always take it with food though, as it makes me nauseous otherwise.
