    May 25, 2010 I've never heard of anyone having fatigue from plaquenil since I've been on these forums. Usually, auto immune diseases and the conditions that go with them such as anemia and vitamin deficiencies cause the fatigue. I feel your pain though. I have horrible fatigue and still struggle with it. I am taking vitamins. If experienced, these tend to have a Severe expression. Abnormal Liver Function Tests. Acute Liver Failure. Acute Pustular Eruptions On Skin. Bronchospasm. Decreased Blood Platelets. Decreased White Blood Cells. Deficiency Of Granulocytes A Type Of White Blood Cell. I have been on Plaquenil for years. It has not helped me with fatigue. Things like vitamins and exercise might assist with decreasing the fatigue level. I have been on 2 Dmards and a biologic for the longest time.

I have had bronchitis problems all my life 55 yrs Lupus 3 yrs, in the midst now of first bronchitis since Lupus. 4 weeks & still productive; but improving.
